Ace Well Technology is looking for an HSEQ Manager to help them maintain high standards, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement. As part of Varel Energy Solutions, we offer exciting opportunities in a collaborative and innovative environment. 

In this role, you will oversee the development and implementation of HSEQ policies and systems to meet legal and industry standards. You will ensure proper documentation and compliance with customer requirements, lead certifications like ISO 9001, and manage audits. Risk management will be central, as you identify and address non-conformities and implement solutions to improve performance. Additionally, you will focus on product and service quality, monitor ESG data, and ensure alignment with group policies. 

Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. You will also act as the main contact for external audits and certifications, staying updated on industry trends and regulations. 

To thrive in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 5 years of experience in HSEQ, and strong knowledge of legislation and standards. Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English, a proactive mindset, and experience with HSEQ tools are essential.
