Are you our new Sales Manager?
We are experiencing tremendous growth and high demand for our technology and products, and are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to strengthen our sales team. You will be pivotal in driving our revenue and profit growth by building and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers at senior levels within client organizations. You will also play a key role in developing and executing strategic account plans, aligned with our global, regional, and local sales and marketing strategies.
In this key role, we seek an outgoing professional with exceptional networking skills, who excels in client interactions and adeptly identifies new sales opportunities based on customer needs.. You will report to the CSO and be based at our dynamic head office in Trondheim
Your key responsibilities:
- Sales and budget accountability for our range of our sea drones and systems.
- Efficiently manage and respond to daily sales inquiries.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with our overarching strategic objectives.
- Prepare detailed quotations and lead contract negotiations.
- Coordinate complex tender processes, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Manage assigned projects with precision and efficiency.
- Cultivate new client relationships and maintain strong connections with existing clients.
- Actively participate in tender submissions.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations to clients.
Who are you?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in sales or a related field; relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Hopefully 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the maritime industry. Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets
- Outstanding communication and client service skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with the management and engineering teams.
- Strong commercial and business acumen.
- Technical aptitude and interest; knowledge of maritime operations and Unmanned Surface Vehicles (USV) is highly desirable.
- A dedicated team player who is committed to exceeding expectations and fostering a positive work environment.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Willingness to travel and connect as required.
