We're expanding our commercial team!

As a Commercial Manager, you will focus on working closely with our customers, providing technical advice, managing customer and supplier relationships, and leading the sales team in Norway. This position reports to the CCO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive technical sales and advisory processes, and build strong customer relationships.

• Negotiate strategic agreements and prepare contracts.

• Ensure follow-up on offer processes to achieve customer satisfaction and results.

• Establish and maintain valuable relationships with suppliers and partners.

• Participate in exciting national and international travel to expand the company’s reach.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in the subsea industry, preferably with offshore expertise.

• Strong technical skills and the ability to assemble equipment packages for customers.

• Experience leading teams and working effectively in collaboration.

• Solid business understanding and commercial drive.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships, with strong communication skills.

• Proactive and creative problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to learn and a desire for continuous development.
