Finance Operations Manager – Drive System Implementation, Reporting & Efficiency

Pistachio is a fast-growing AI-powered cybersecurity company that helps businesses train employees in cybersecurity awareness. Our platform automates personalized training, making digital security accessible and effective for companies of all sizes.

Due to our rapid growth, we are expanding our finance team and looking for a Finance Operations Manager to help scale our financial operations. Reporting to the Finance Director, this role will play a key part in implementing and optimizing financial systems, improving processes, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. You will also contribute to budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and process automation, supporting Pistachio’s continued expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance and data accuracy.
• System implementation & optimization: Drive the implementation, integration, and improvement of financial systems, ensuring automation and efficiency.
• Process improvement: Identify and drive improvements in financial workflows, automation, and reporting tools to increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Budgeting & forecasting: Participate in budget planning and financial forecasting, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
• Financial analysis: Utilize KPIs and financial models to assess company performance and identify areas for optimization.
• Ad hoc: Participate in ad-hoc projects and analysis, and support team members during holidays or absences.
• Collaborate and Support: Provide support to HR and operations activities.

• Higher education in accounting, finance, or similar fields.
• Ideally 3-7 years of experience from accounting, controlling, financial operations, audit or FP&A.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus).
• Experience with ERP implementation is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Ability to work with large financial datasets and translate numbers into business insights.
• Solid understanding of accounting and financial compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
