A Spares and Sales Engineer is project owner of spares / Services projects, responsible for coordinating daily inquiries for Spares and Services towards installations handled by Customer Support. Contribute into improvement projects in own discipline. Deliver according to expectations on time, cost, quality and P&L.

What you will be doing 

• Be a part of the support operation and ensure that all communication and customer requests are given the right attention/priority and response. 

• Collaboration with technical advisors, engineers, service coordinators, products responsible, and supply chain to meet customer needs. 

• Creating quotations and performing sales of single spare parts, spares with configuration, minor LCM upgrades, service jobs and replacement units. 

• Responsible for designated customer portfolio and the economical result in own project portfolio 

• General product knowledge and continuous development for department product portfolio to perform efficient execution of tasks. 

• Daily Customer contact and follow up. 

We think you should have 

• Technical or economical background from college or similar 

• Systematic and structured 

• Commercial awareness and proactive mindset 

• Fluency in Norwegian and English both verbal and in writing
