Job Description:

• Provide professional management support to senior management; EVPs, SVPs and VPs throughout the organization.
• Provide management support and day-to day operations within administrative tasks that includes meeting and events and travel administration.
• Provide basic set-up of Teams, SharePoint, Planner and/or fg groups to MC team.
• Provide basic set-up of MC meetings and update of yearly planning wheel.

• Digital knowledge and interest.
• Team player.
• Strong relationship builder with collaborative skills and a flexible mindset, positive attitude & willingness to learn and transform.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on accurate, high quality and timely deliveries.
