To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a Commercial Developer - a role that bridges technical expertise and commercial strategy, ensuring customers receive the best solutions tailored to their needs.
Key responsibilities
Engaging with customers to understand their needs and business cases.
Conducting early-stage process evaluations and assessing feasibility.
Identifying how Vow’s pyrolysis solutions can create value for customers.
Collaborating closely with internal teams, including sales, project development, and technical specialists, to develop tailored solutions.
Act as the primary technical and process resource in commercial projects, ensuring alignment between technology and business objectives.
Represent Vow at industry exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings.
Qualifications and experience
A technical background (e.g., process engineering, chemical engineering, or similar) combined with commercial insight.
Experience with customer interaction and relationships in either projects, business development or key account role.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within sustainable technologies, energy, or industrial solutions.

Excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with both technical experts and commercial stakeholders, translating complex ideas into clear, actionable insights.
Analytical and strategic thinker, able to assess technical feasibility in early project stages.
Strong collaborator, skilled at working across technical and business teams, bringing people together to align goals, solve challenges and get things done.
Independent and proactive, while also thriving in teamwork and shared problem-solving.
A solution-oriented mindset.
Fluency in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
A passion for sustainability and circular economy solutions.
