Cocker spaniel offered to adoption

Hi! I have to give to adoption my sweet cocker spaniel with a lot of sadness. His name is Phileas and he is 2 years old (3 years in august).
I recently moved into a very small flat and got a new job that is not allowing me to give him the time he deserves.
He is a very loving, dynamic and sweet dog who loves to play and get compagny. He is completely trained with separation anxiety and can stay alone for 6-7 hours but he needs active walks and at least a garden.
He has a passport, a full vaccination book and got to veterinarian a month ago for checkup.
I would like to find someone living in Oslo in order to keep in touch, visit him sometimes and get news from him since he is very important to me.
I would prefer him to find house with a garden and a family but if you live in a large flat with maybe a balcony and lot of time to offer him, it can also work.
