Warehouse Responsibility

•   On and offloading trucks

• Ensure proper control and receipt of all arriving equipment to the EDR warehouse

• Verify the quantity and description of materials received by checking against documentation received

• Examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items and record/report discrepancies

• Ensure all documentation is processed according to the EDR processes & procedures

• Ensure that all inventory is properly marked/tagged/labelled, maintained, preserved and stored at its correct location

• Conduct cycle count weekly and yearly stock counts according to stock material list

• Ensure proper picking and packing of goods according to request.

• Responsible for keeping the inside storage area tidy and safe and assist to keep outside storage area tidy and safe.

• Assist in maintaining the equipment required to run the warehouse and outside area, ref. forklift, trolleys, storage racks

Logistics Responsibility

• Order transport for domestic shipments and follow up the delivery

• Issue correct shipping documents for shipment international incl HTC and CoO and follow up the delivery

• Ensure dangerous goods shipped by truck is packed according to RID

• Assist QC for approval of certificates and Bill of Material’s received from supplier
