HSSEQ Manager | Golar LNG

We are growing and Golar LNG is seeking a skilled HSSEQ Manager to oversee Health, Safety, Security, Environmental, and Quality (HSSEQ) in our Floating Liquefaction (FLNG) operations. This role is critical in ensuring compliance, promoting safety culture, and driving continuous improvement within our offshore operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a proactive safety culture for one of our FLNGs in alignment with company objectives

• Provide expert HSSEQ guidance

• Monitor compliance with national and international safety and environmental standards

• Conduct audits, inspections, and investigations to identify improvement opportunities

• Lead risk management and barrier management studies

• Participate in HAZID/HAZOP studies for operational risk assessment

• Set HSSEQ objectives and track performance through KPIs

• Oversee emergency preparedness, training, and response coordination

• Act as FLNG’s operational representative to Flag States and Classification Societies

• Collaborate with clients, partners, and contractors on HSSEQ matters

• Serve as CSO (Company Security Officer) and DPA (Designated Person Ashore) for FLNGs

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an offshore HSSEQ management role, ideally in FPSO or FLNG operations

• Strong maritime or offshore operational and leadership background preferred

• Fluent written and spoken English

• Relevant experience in CSO, DPA, QA Lead Auditing, Investigation, and Emergency Response
