Accounting & Reporting Manager in Tise

Tise are growing and we are now looking for an Accounting & Reporting Manager who is excited to help take Tise to the next level 🚀

As the Accounting & Reporting Manager at Tise, you will play a key role in our Finance team, which currently consists of two people. This role involves a broad range of responsibilities, including accounting, payroll, financial analysis, and management, while ensuring accurate reporting that forms the foundation for the company's strategic decisions.

We currently use Tripletex as our accounting software, and you will take on responsibility for overseeing accounting, payroll, and reporting in collaboration with the team and external accountants. You will work closely with the rest of the Finance team and maintain close follow-up with the Nordic branches. We will give you the freedom and space to develop efficient reporting routines and facilitate strong communication and collaboration with various stakeholders.

This is a 100% full-time position.

💻 Responsibilities:

• Financial management across Tise Nordics

• General accounting, including invoice processing and bank reconciliations

• Coordination, execution, and automation of accounting and payroll, including in other countries

• Handling incoming/outgoing invoices

• Preparing documentation for the annual audit

• Liaising with external accountants

• Managing travel expenses

• Following up on sick leave benefits and reimbursements

• Managing tax and employer contributions

• Improving routines and processes in the accounting function

• Other administrative tasks as needed
  

💫 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, accounting, auditing, or similar

• Preferably 2-4 years of experience in accounting, either from an agency or in-house

• Strong business acumen and understanding

• Ideally, experience with accounting in a startup/small company

• Ability to work systematically, structured, and efficiently

• Ability to work independently and take responsibility while enjoying working in a team

• Authorization as an accountant is a plus

• Good Excel skills

• Motivated to work with finance and accounting

• A plus if you're familiar with the Tripletex accounting system
