We are looking for a HR Advisor who can contribute to improve the business performance and support leaders in all HR related areas.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Main tasks include but not limited to
- Provide HR services to executives and line managers in the Business Area (BA)
- Act as a main contact for the managers in the BA location
- Responsible for recruitment processes in the BA location
- Participate in Employer branding
- Support, develop and coach leaders to manage employee relations issues
- Promote the use of HR systems, policies and processes, such as people strategy
- Partner with key stakeholders to ensure that HR projects and initiatives are communicated and implemented
- Assist management in effectively identifying and developing talent; succession planning/activities
- Support the line managers in initiatives related to performance management
- Competence Management
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master within Business Administration, Human Resources or related field. Relevant experience may weigh up for lack of formal education.
- 3-5 years' experience with Human Resources administration, preferably in engineering or energy industry
- Good understanding of "AML"-Norwegian Work Environment Act
- Excellent Norwegian and English language skills, spoken and written
- Interest in workforce planning, recruitment and talent management
- Ability to coach and advice managers
- Understanding of overall business with an eye for structure and details
- Good IT and system understanding
