We are looking for a HR Advisor who can contribute to improve the business performance and support leaders in all HR related areas.



Tasks & Responsibilities


Main tasks include but not limited to

• Provide HR services to executives and line managers in the Business Area (BA)
• Act as a main contact for the managers in the BA location
• Responsible for recruitment processes in the BA location
• Participate in Employer branding
• Support, develop and coach leaders to manage employee relations issues
• Promote the use of HR systems, policies and processes, such as people strategy
• Partner with key stakeholders to ensure that HR projects and initiatives are communicated and implemented
• Assist management in effectively identifying and developing talent; succession planning/activities
• Support the line managers in initiatives related to performance management
• Competence Management

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master within Business Administration, Human Resources or related field. Relevant experience may weigh up for lack of formal education.
• 3-5 years' experience with Human Resources administration, preferably in engineering or energy industry
• Good understanding of "AML"-Norwegian Work Environment Act
• Excellent Norwegian and English language skills, spoken and written
• Interest in workforce planning, recruitment and talent management
• Ability to coach and advice managers
• Understanding of overall business with an eye for structure and details
• Good IT and system understanding
