Kvalifikasjoner

Utdanning: Sivilingeniør/Master, Ingeniør/Bachelor

Relevant erfaring med prosjektering, rådgiving eller prosjektledelse av kjøling og/ eller VVS tekniske anlegg

5 års erfaring, med fordel innen datasenter industrien

Senior Design Engineers (Mechanical, VVS)

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and oversee design related to data center operations

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including data center architecture specialists and construction design teams

Monitor and adjust project milestones for engineering disciplines

Provide regular status reports to respective managers

Ensure quality assurance and control in compliance with industry practices and safety standards

Required Qualifications:

Relevant Engineering degree (Mechanical)

At least 5 years of experience in relevant field managing large-scale projects, preferably in the data center industry

Proven track record in leading engineering teams and budget management

Strong leadership and communication skills

Fluency in English; Norwegian proficiency advantageous

EU passport or valid Norwegian work permit

Willingness for extended stays in Norway

Design Lead – Data Centre Engineering

The Design Lead will manage a team of Senior Design Engineers across Electrical, Mechanical, and Special Package disciplines, overseeing the planning and execution of engineering designs for data centre operations.

This role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring project milestones are met, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in large-scale projects, particularly in the data centre industry, and possess excellent communication and project management skills. Fluency in English is required, with Norwegian proficiency being a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
