We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our Common Digital Foundation Transformation & Architecture function. This role is responsible for driving cross Group, complex, cross-functional projects, defining and implementing our enterprise architecture roadmap, and leading change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of our common digital foundation technology and processes. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering large-scale changes, a deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles, and very strong leadership and communication skills.
The position is part of the Common Digital Foundation leader team. Final job title will be discussed and settled with the candidate.
Responsibilities
Enterprise Architecture & Direction- Develop and maintain a comprehensive enterprise architecture framework that aligns with business strategy and supports future growth. We have strong in depth technical competencies in house to complement this role – this role is intended to work at a higher level of abstraction.
- Define and champion architectural principles, standards, and best practices.
- Ensuring alignment with the enterprise architecture roadmap across the Multiconsult group.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into architectural requirements.
- Provide architectural guidance and support to project teams.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends and assess their potential impact on the organization.
Making change happen
- Lead and manage a portfolio of complex, strategic projects
- Develop and execute change management strategies to support the successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Identify and address potential resistance to change and develop mitigation plans.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to build support for change initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field can be acceptable.
- Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, project management, and change management. We realize it can be hard to be super strong in all aspects; final position will be tailored to applicant.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering larger-scale changes. Examples include ERP transformations, changing from plan/build/run into a service based organization, or changing master data practices across multiple companies.
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles, methodologies, and best practices (e.g. TOGAF).
- Strong project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies. We typically think PRINCE2/PMbook on a higher level of abstraction, and agile on a lower level.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. This requires that you master Norwegian and English, both orally, and in writing.
- Ability to achieve national security clearance in Norway.
