We are now seeking a Quality Manager who will play a central role in establishing and implementing our quality management system in a new production facility. This position offers significant influence and the opportunity to define how quality work is structured within the company.

The facility is located in Vanvikan on the Fosen peninsula. The express boat connection between Vanvikan and Pirterminal in Trondheim takes approximately 20 minutes.

About the Role

As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality standards and biosecurity throughout the entire value chain, from raw materials to the market. You will develop and implement quality systems and procedures for a new production facility, work closely with the production and commercial teams to drive quality improvements, and be actively involved in certifications, audits, and the implementation of quality standards.

Qualifications
 

• Minimum three years of experience in quality management, certification processes, and continuous improvement of quality systems within a manufacturing/production environment.
• A higher education degree in food science, chemistry, microbiology, or quality management
• Background in food production, pharmaceuticals, feed, or other process industries is required, and experience with biosecurity is highly beneficial
• Hands-on experience with audits and the implementation of quality standards.
• Familiarity with HSE principles and their impact on manufacturing quality.
