Are you passionate about people, purpose, and creating seamless candidate experiences? At BCG, we’re on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who’s ready to make an impact in our graduate hiring team.
You’ll be the friendly face and driving force behind finding, engaging, and onboarding the next generation of BCG consultants. From first introductions to first day on the job – you’ll make it all feel easy, professional, and personal.
What you will be doing:
Find and connect with top talent through events, digital outreach, and creative employer branding initiatives.
Screen and manage applications for all graduate roles and student events, keeping our candidate pipeline sharp and up to date.
Own the interview process – coordinate schedules, prep candidates, and keep everything running smoothly on even the busiest interview days.
Partner with senior stakeholders to manage and support our student analyst program.
Create awesome candidate experiences – from newsletters and Q&As to welcome events and pre-start comms.
Be a thought partner to our consulting teams – sharing insights, supporting events, and contributing to our overall recruiting strategy.
Keep us data-savvy with timely and accurate reporting.
What You'll Bring
A Master’s degree (preferably within HR, Business, or similar)
1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or similar roles
Familiarity with the student life and academic environment at NHH and/or NTNU
Fluent in Norwegian and confident in written/spoken English
Strong communication and presentation skills
Tech-savvy – especially with PowerPoint, Outlook, and general digital tools
Bonus points for experience in a service-driven or customer-facing industry
