Quality Process & System Manager

Job Description
 

           Management System IT Tools and processes

• Manage, develop and maintain the overally Management System architecture and mapping
• Define with the Process Owners and the Subject Matter Experts the governing procedures and governing documents for the business
• Organize workshops as needed to foster harmonization and simplification
• Manage schedule and KPIs
• Report on progress and escalate issues
  
  Compliance
• Coordinate with the third party certification – ISO 9001/14001 & 4500,  including audit preparation, schedule and planning,
• Coordinate with internal auditing as needed
  
  Working environment
• Lead cross-functinal mission-based teams
• 30-50% travel

           Expected results

• One ISO 9001/14001 & 4500 certification for Client`s PWR T (excluding Japan factory and accessories)
• A Management system that is well implemented and understood by the organization, and ensures compliance with internal and external requirements

 

Qualification Requirements

• Solid project management skills in an international environment
• Experience in project and industrial businesses
• Good knowledge in management systems according to ISO 9000, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
• Excellent writing and oral presentation skills in English. French a plus
• University degree MSc or MBA or similar
