Reluctantly selling this big collection of 96 pieces due to overseas move. The pieces are listed below with individual prices - but please note that I prefer to sell as one collection rather than individually. This is a one off opportunity to buy very special classic and much sought after tableware collection from one of England's most famous historic potteries at a bargain price!
About the Minton brand:
The Minton story began in 1793 when Thomas Minton (1765–1836) founded his pottery factory in Stoke-upon-Trent in England. Minton soon became well known for its fine designs and high quality bone china tableware favoured by royalty and wealthy people. You will find Minton china at the royal palaces, Houses of Parlement and stately homes. Mintons was an independent family run business from 1793 to 1968 and was considered a leader in ceramic design.
Today Minton is part of the Wedgewood family which has been collaborating with the Mintons throughout its history. The Jasmine pattern stems from Victorian times, this beautifully designed vintage set was produced in 1977 and is highly collectible.
