We are seeking a Quality Manager who will play a central role in developing and strengthening our quality work. Here, you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where quality is the top priority, and where your contributions truly matter.

As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for further developing and implementing our quality processes. You will work closely with various departments to ensure compliance with industry requirements and standards while continuously improving our internal processes. Your Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, manage and maintain quality assurance policies, processes and procedures. 
• Collaborate with Operations, HSE, project teams, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality standards 
• Risk management 
• Identify potential risks and non-conformities, developing mitigations strategies to minimize impact on operators  
• Oversee product testing processes to ensure quality and compliance with industry regulations 
• Development and follow-up of Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Project Quality Plans, etc. 
• Dedicated quality resource for tenders 
• Monitor production processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement 
• Lead and mentor the organization in quality matters, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards 
• Conduct audits and inspections, both internally and externally, to verify compliance with safety and quality requirements 
• Collaborate with suppliers and partners to ensure quality standards throughout the supply chain 
• Handle customer complaints and lead root cause analysis to resolve issues effectively 

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

• Holds a relevant degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field
• Has at least 3 years of experience in quality management, preferably from offshore wind, maritime, or oil & gas industries
• Has experience managing quality systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISM
• Has a background in quality management within technical and engineering processes
• Has experience with document control systems in SharePoint and digital quality management tools
• Preferably has experience as a lead auditor in the maritime industry (ISO / ISM / MLC / ISPS / shipyards / suppliers)
