Payroll and HR Coordinator
We are expanding our HR team with a structured and reliable person to join Neuver Maritime as a Payroll & HR Coordinator.
The role is responsibility for the whole payroll process. Witch can span of a variety of tasks from owning the payroll process in the company, adjusting the system and partnerships, administration and coordination of time and absence, to collaboration and communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
As our Payroll & HR Coordinator, you demonstrate a high level of responsibility, effectively manage deadlines, and consistently act with integrity towards both the organization and the team.
This role requires a high level of accuracy and integrity and is well suited for someone who thrives on details and is familiar handling different types of workforces and collective agreements.
The role will report to VP HR.
Responsibilities:
Payroll administration in collaboration with internal and external providers
Coordination and follow-up of time and absence registrations
Assist with HR-related documents and processes
Maintain and update employee data in our systems
Act as a point of contact for internal HR-related inquiries
Maintain system documentation and routines
Collaborate with managers and external partners
Might have to support on other HR related issues if needed
Qualifications:
Experience from a similar role, preferably within payroll, administration, or HR
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a structured and accurate manner
Good communication skills in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken
Solid IT skills, specially experience with payroll and HR systems is an advantage e.g: SD Works, WinTid
Relevant education within HR, administration, or economics is desirable, but experience may compensate
