As a Service Sales Account Manager in our BAS division, you will play a crucial role in understanding our customers' requirements and delivering the right technical solutions to enhance their operations.
In this role, you will actively engage with clients around Oslo, consulting with them to identify their specific needs and recommending our diverse range of service solutions and upgrade projects within the Building Automation Systems field. Your ability to listen carefully and provide insightful recommendations will be key to building lasting relationships with our customers.

What You Will Do
Negotiate new service contract and service level agreement with customers
Use your technical knowhow to identify solutions to match our customers' needs within the Building Automation field
Engage with customers at their facilities and drive sales growth, through our service, product and digital solutions
Manage and lead small to medium size projects
What We Look For;
Proficient in navigating the dynamic environment of international organizations with a matrix structure.
3 + years’ experience from work within Building Automation System solutions or coming from a similar field within the electrical area
Familiar with electrical and process diagrams
Ability to communicate with customers/ stakeholders on all levels in an organization.
Technically oriented practical background/Education - within Automation, Electrical or Building Automation Systems.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Norwegian (Level B2)
