Job Description:
Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level? Join us in an interesting opportunity as an experienced Sales Engineer in the thriving fields of Offshore Wind and Oil & Gas.
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to lead our after-sales initiatives and drive significant growth in an untapped market.
Key Responsibilities:
· Active aftermarket sales in the field
· Proactively seek opportunities to utilize the already available aftermarket
You can capitalize on a substantial installed base of pump systems, i.e., an opportunity to make an immediate success in sales
· Lead strategic efforts and their implementation
· Maintain and develop strong customer relations
· Traveling is necessary
· Building Nordic Flows aftermarket
· Close relationship with our suppliers
· Ensure timely and effective communication with customer
· Understand customers needs , be proactive and provide solutions.
· Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
· Identify potential areas for market expansion
· Collaborate closely with the sales team to create initiatives that drive sales growth
· Work closely with our Partner, IKM Promech

Qualifications / Characteristics:
· Experience in equipment sales
· Experienced with rotating machinery, preferably pumps
· Engineering degree in mechanical engineering or similar.
· Relevant and extensive experience may compensate for lesser degrees in education
· Proactive, open and eager to deliver
· Ability to plan and organize your own activities
· Available to frequent travels to customers in Norway
· Good communication skills both oral and written Norwegian & English
· Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, while identifying potential areas for market expansion.
