We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CTO to guide our development organization through a pivotal phase of strategic consolidation, AI-driven innovation, and enhanced security. This unique opportunity allows you to shape the future of our technology platform by unifying four distinct product lines and technology stacks following a recent M&A in 2021. You will drive technology rationalization, foster a functional organizational structure, leverage AI to accelerate growth, and ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data.

In this role, you will seamlessly integrate technology strategy with business goals, collaborate closely with other executives, build, mentor, and manage a high-performing tech team. You will cultivate a culture of continuous learning and innovation, encouraging leaders and team members to share knowledge to enable skills development. Your strong relational skills will be essential in creating an environment where team members thrive and work together effectively.

Skills and Experience required:

• Proven track record of success as a CTO or senior technology leader, with experience in post-M&A technology integration and consolidation, and a strong understanding of security principles.

• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship abilities, guiding leaders to excel in their roles within a diverse environment.

• Excellent leadership skills and experience in change management, particularly in the context of M&A, AI adoption, and security initiatives.

• Proven experience in building and scaling tech platforms.

• Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.

• Higher relevant education.

• Ability to foster a great place to work and high performance, enabling our core values of trust, curiosity, and creativity.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Norwegian and English.

• Personal qualities such as being brave and decisive, relationally strong, visionary, engaged, and motivating, as well as the ability to balance structure and flexibility, will be crucial for success in this role.
