The Insights and Analytics team in Elkjøp works with all company related data to create business-critical reporting and impactful analyses. To strengthen our team of analysts, we are now looking for an experienced digital analyst.

This role supports the entire company in analyzing and interpreting digital data to enhance the customer experience on the Nordics’ largest e-commerce platform. The insights generated will help refine Elkjøp’s digital and commercial strategy.

Beyond ensuring high-quality data collection across digital touchpoints, the Senior Digital Analyst will integrate digital behavioral and performance data with other sources (such as internal data, SEM, and social media) to identify business opportunities. The role involves translating findings into actionable recommendations for e-commerce, marketing, data analytics, and other business units.

Professional requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital analytics preferred.
• Strong understanding of website optimization, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization, along with knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong commercial acumen with deep expertise in marketing strategies, e-commerce, and customer experience.

Technical Skills Requirements

• Expert user of Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
• Knowledge of statistics, data analytics, and data visualization.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, digital marketing, data analytics, or a related field.
• Preferred: Experience with Power BI, CoreMedia, Dynamic Yield, and Contentsquare.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in a Scandinavian language is preferred.
