Pelago Airisto answers the needs of demanding cyclists who are looking for a contemporary lightweight all-around bicycle. Airisto is our most versatile ladies’ model, and the mixte frame is suitable for anyone who prefers a step-through bicycle. Airisto’s frame is built of double butted 4130 steel tubing, making it considerably lighter than traditional bicycles.
Pelago Airisto is a true hybrid. It works as a commuter bicycle, but it’s also a great machine for touring. It comes with full fenders and TRP Spyre disc brakes that provide reliability in winter conditions.
Gearing is 9-speed Shimano Deore, and the wide-range cassette (11-34) allows a variety of gears for easy climbing on uphills but also for fast-speed riding. The puncture protected Schwalbe Spicer tires are good-to-go for urban and countryside riding. With additional racks and bags, Airisto is an ideal choice for a weekend tour or a longer trip away.
