Profilstatus:
Status Quo er et britisk rockeband. Gruppen har sin opprinnelse i London og ble grunnlagt i 1962 av Francis Rossi og Alan Lancaster mens de fortsatt var skolegutter. Etter en rekke navne- og besetningsendringer, som inkluderte introduksjonen av John Coghlan i 1963 og Rick Parfitt i 1967, ble bandet The Status Quo i 1967 og Status Quo i 1969. Fra og med 2022 har gruppen vrt aktiv i 60 pflgende r (til tross for at de kunngjorde et samlivsbrudd i 1984, spilte de Live Aid ret etter og gjenopptok normalen aktiviteter i 1986).
