*Selling as REPAIR or PARTS Scooter*
(Problem after charging,, functions normally while on charger but sometimes? unresponsive when not)??.
Could be an easy fix but I'm not good with this.

Always kept inside when not in use, functioned perfectly until this season.
Puncture last season, bought replacement tires but haven't had time to install.
(New Tires x3 included).
and haven't had time to find out what the problem is?... Therefore selling as Parts or Repair....?
