Commercial/Subcontract Coordinator /Contract Advisor (BH-299686)

Location: Asker

Main Tasks:

• Coordinate relationships with subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project requirements and establishing clear communication.

• Provide subcontract-related support and advisory services to project management and other functions.

• Conduct Subcontract Awareness sessions.

• Identify opportunities to optimize subcontractor utilization within projects.

• Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and administration of subcontract amendments and variations (VO/VOR).

• Seek legal advice when necessary to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree or Master in engineering, business administration or legal. 

• At least 2 years experience with subcontracting for scaffolding, surface touch-up, insulation, architectural works on existing substations, prefabrication of structures, lifting services, weighing and load-out, and power supply is an advantage.

• Possess strong communication skills.

• Demonstrate a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.

• Work systematically, with accuracy and independence.

• Commit to meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

• Take a proactive approach, seeking guidance when needed and sharing knowledge with others.

• Fluency in Norwegian, both spoken and written, is essential.
