Site Support Administrator

An incredible opportunity awaits you as Site Support Administrator. In this role, you will play a part in our dynamic team, delivering essential support to our business. The Site Support Admin role will support our business based in Ulsteinvik and work close with our local management team and support the business in their daily activities. 

What you will be doing 

• Support our local Site administration work 
• Work with Global Customer Support team in Visa application, courses and other related tasks 
• Support in reception area and facility tasks 
• Take part in arrangements taken place 
• Work close with management team on site 
  
  

We think you should have 

• Education in administration, communication or experience from similar role.
• Fluency in Norwgian and English, both verbal and written
• The ability to be flexible and meet deadlines  
• A positive and be solution-oriented approach to tasks
