Join Our Team as a Custom Wear Coordinator!

As a Custom Wear Coordinator, you’ll manage orders and projects, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch support for our B2B and B2C customers. With strong project management and planning skills, you’ll play a key role in maintaining efficiency and customer satisfaction within Swix.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support for Custom Wear orders via Zendesk and email, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
• Manage and process sales orders, ensuring accurate registration in company systems.
• Handle purchase orders for Custom Wear factories.
• Oversee invoicing and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
• Verify order deliveries to ensure they meet quality and accuracy requirements.
• Perform manual receipt of goods and orders.
• Maintain and utilize Dynamic365 and OMS (Omnium System) for administration and tracking.
• Manage and update Swix Custom Wear online stores.
• Monitor and follow up on payments and transactions via Klarna and Captcher.
  
  

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum 2 years academic degree or minimum 2 years relevant work experience.
• Very good native and English language skills, both verbally and written.
• Strong knowledge of digital productivity tools (MS Office/GSuite).
• Good knowledge of business applications tools (D365,OMS, B2B portal and Zendesk).
• Digital mindset, good IT competence and experience with customer service or backoffice work.
• Insight and knowledge of sports apparel.
