Have you completed your third level degree or are you on track to achieve it? Would you be interested in gaining exposure to various elements of the Health & Benefits business? This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Oslo office.

Aon Graduate Programme
As an Aon Graduate, you will be enrolled onto our Aon Graduate Programme when you join. This programme has been designed to identify and support the development of key future talent. The Graduate Programme will commence end of Summer 2025 (September).

Our Health & Benefits team also provide market leading brokerage and consultancy services around employee benefits such as pension, insurances, and financial wellbeing for corporate clients.
What the day will look like
As a Junior Client Service Coordinator at Health & Benefits, you will be working as part of the wider Health & Benefits team to contribute to delivering high quality client services.
Main tasks will be:
- Manage our existing customer portfolio
- Identify customer needs through daily contact and develop solutions for efficient and quality-assured service
- Assist and actively participate in renewal and tender processes
- Support account managers, brokers, and the sales department in their daily tasks
- Develop and update customer information materials and deliver presentations to clients and their employees
- Collaborate with account managers to enhance Aon's role across all customer segments
- Take on additional responsibilities, such as for products, services, projects, service teams, or other areas

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Bachelor's degree (minimum)
- Proficiency in English and Norwegian, both written and spoken
- The ability and willingness to quickly learn new things and adapt to different situations
- A strong interest and dedication to developing within the company and industry
- Has strong communication skills, and communicates in a clear, precise, and structured manner
- The ability to analyze information and data to make well-informed decisions
- The ability to work well in teams and build good relationships with colleagues
- A strong internal drive to achieve goals and continuously improve skills
- Is systematic and organized
