About Aon Client Service team in Norway
We are 11 Client Service Advisors based in Oslo, Bergen, Trondheim and Ålesund. The team has great client focus, high commitment, responsibility, and openness in the work environment.
The Client Service Advisors main task and role is to manage our existing clients with daily service and act as the clients’ first point of contact.
The Team is working within two business segments, Corporate and Multinational, handling Norwegian clients as well as Norwegian clients with international representation.
What the day will look like
As an Associate Client Service Advisor, you will be working as part of the wider Client Service team to contribute to delivering high quality client services.
Main tasks will include:
- Managing our existing portfolio alongside the customer team
- Supporting account managers and brokers in their daily tasks
- Recording and updating correspondence and data in our internal systems
- Assisting with tender and renewal processes
- Updating customer information materials (insurance manuals)
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Communicating with insurers regarding insurance documents, billing, etc.
Some more detailed tasks for the role:
- Contact: Contact with Aon's customer team, network, insurance companies, and other parties involved in the customer relationship.
- International coordination: Coordinate global insurance programs, which means ongoing contact with the Aon network and insurance companies.
- Meetings, customers, and insurance companies: Preparation, such as creating presentation materials and decision documentation and active participation in meetings.
- Renewal/procurement: Information gathering, preparation of documentation, evaluation, and coordination within and with the customer team.
- Ongoing service: Manage and quality assure insurance documents and other customer documentation.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Bachelor's degree (minimum)
- Proficiency in English and Norwegian, both written and spoken
- Good understanding of user technology applications and systems
- Quickly understands and resolves the issues you are faced with
- Has strong communication skills, and communicates in a clear, precise, and structured manner
- Has the ability to build and maintain good and effective relationships with customers and colleagues
- Is systematic, disciplined, thorough, and organized
- Works well with others and is service-oriented towards both colleagues and customers
