As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Process Engineer with expertise in Separation and Produced Water Treatment to join our team.
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze project specifications, tender requirements, and proposals.
- Implement Stauper’s technology in produced water treatment systems.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing produced water and separation processes.
- Conduct process design according to applicable standards and optimization studies to improve efficiency.
- Prepare technical documentation (PFDs, P&IDs, equipment datasheets, control philosophies, operating procedures, etc.).
- Participate in HAZOPs, technical reviews, and design evaluations.
- Write technical reports, papers, and presentations.
- Support R&D initiatives, including hands-on execution.
What We’re Looking For
- MSc in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- Relevant process engineering experience from the oil and gas industry.
- Expertise in separation processes and produced water treatment technologies.
- Strong knowledge of process engineering documentation (PFDs, P&IDs, datasheets, etc.).
- Experience and understanding of CFD analysis.
- Knowledge of relevant standards as NORSOK or equivalent international standards.
- CAD knowledge for P&ID/PFD construction is advantageous.
- Operational experience is a plus, but experience in oil and gas water treatment is essential.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.
- Analytical, accurate and quality focused.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English (both written and spoken).
