To strengthen our team, Aker Solutions Valhall project team in Fornebu is looking for a Package Discipline Engineer – Instrumentation who can help us succeed.

What will you be doing? 
You will be working as Package Discipline Engineer – Instrumentation together with other colleagues in Valhall project, your responsibility includes but not limited to the following:

• Updating and giving input to the engineering database

• Participating in performance tests and other inspections at supplier’s premises

• Following up and supporting site work and responding to technical queries

• Review and quality assurance of supplier documentation

• Provide site assistance to construction yard

• Coordinate with other disciplines to implement the project specification and requirements
   

We think you should have some of the following:

• BSc or MSc in relevant field

• 8 years of relevant experience as an Instrumentation Engineer

• Documented instrumentation PRE/PDE experience for North Sea offshore EPC/EPMA projects.

• Ability to work in a team across disciplines

• Ability to execute and take responsibility for the projects you are involved in A solution-orientated approach with a strong technical interest

• Excellent communication skills in English - written and spoken

• Software Skills: Microsoft office tools

Working location: Fornebu, Oslo
Contract duration: ASAP to 31.12.26 with options for extensions
