At Findus/Nomad Foods, our vision is to be the World’s Frozen Food Champion. To support this, we are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team in Malmö, ensuring seamless customer service and logistics operations across the Nordic market.
About the Job
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the key link between our internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring that sales orders, logistics, and planning run smoothly. You will work closely with teams across Sales, Planning, Finance, and Quality, as well as external partners such as warehouses and transport providers.
Your Responsibilities
• Customer communication – Keep customers updated on order status and deliveries.
• Order management – Ensure smooth Order-to-Cash execution.
• Claims handling – Work with customers to resolve issues efficiently.
• Logistics coordination – Collaborate with warehouses and transport providers.
• Compliance & documentation – Maintain accurate records in line with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.
• Service level optimization – Strive to maintain the highest possible customer service levels.
• Quality coordination – Manage internal and external quality queries.
• Flexible task management – Adjust priorities to meet business needs.
• Support commercial teams – Provide input on Supply Chain discussions.
Who Are You?
Experience & Qualifications
• Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably within Supply Chain.
• Fluent in Norwegian or Swedish (Finnish is a plus!).
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Experience in working remotely with teams across different countries.
• Previous experience with SAP and ERP systems is a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies
• Service-minded, structured, and solution-oriented.
• Analytical with high attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office package.

About the Position & Application
This position is a temporary position until the end of 2025 and you will be based in Lysaker. We practice a hybrid working model with 3 days at the office per week. We welcome your application as soon as possible but no later than April 22nd.
