Customer Support Consultant - Temporary Opportunity

What you will be doing to make the difference:

• Customer Support: Provide assistance to our customers in line with the applicable service agreements.

• Technical Problem-Solving: Engage in analysis, troubleshooting, and follow-up on technical issues to ensure smooth operations.

• Customer Satisfaction: Strive to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

• Solution Testing: Participate in testing our solutions to ensure they meet the highest standards.

What you need to succeed:

• Education & Experience: Relevant education from college/university or equivalent experience.

• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IT systems, including OS Windows and/or Linux.

• Customer Service: Proven experience in customer service with excellent communication skills.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and a Norwegian language. Proficiency in additional languages such as Italian, Spanish, or German is a plus.

• Collaboration: Exceptional collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.

• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with system configuration, integrations, data communication, and SQL queries.
