Escape Bryggen Summer Gamemasters Needed!

Come and join Norway's first (and Bergen's biggest) Escape Room business for the summer! We are looking for new "Gamesmasters" (GMs) to help with the summer season of Late May - September. GMs run our Escape Rooms (and other games) and as such, good customer and communication skills are vital (in both Norwegian and English). Other tasks involving resetting the rooms, cleaning and tidying, taking bookings, making simple repairs etc.

This is a 20% - 40% position, 175kr per hour + passive pay + bonuses + pension and holiday pay (for an example, the average hourly wage for March 2025 was 240kr per active hour worked).

We are open from 1000 - 2200 and most shifts are at the evenings/weekends.

If things go well a permanent position may be offered.
