We are expanding our fleet and are searching for a Vessel Operator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of our growing fleet, ensuring efficient performance.

• Maintain close communication with clients, brokers, agents, bunker suppliers, ship management, and stevedores.

• Prepare and distribute voyage instructions, monitor performance, and optimize for cost and time efficiency.

• Plan and negotiate bunker deliveries, ensure port readiness, and approve port-related expenses.

• Coordinate and collect stowage planning and sea fastening documentation.

• Manage cargo documentation, including bills of lading.

• Update voyage management systems and ensure accurate invoicing and cost control.

Formal Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Shipping, Logistics, or Supply Chain. Relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education.

• Proven experience in a similar operational role.

• Sailing experience is a plus.

Personal Qualifications:

• Positive, accountable, and solution-oriented.

• Commercially minded with a proactive, hands-on approach.

• Well-organized, detail-focused, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.

• Excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English, written and verbal.
