We are looking for a proactive and analytical project manager to join our central Strategy & Business Plan team. In this role, you will be part of shaping the future direction of our group by leading strategic projects, supporting decision-making processes, and working closely with senior leaders across the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead strategic projects and business plan initiatives from idea to implementation
• Maintain our portfolio of strategic initiatives and ensure clear tracking of KPIs
• Act as gatekeeper and process owner for strategic project processes
• Collaborate with finance to assess business plans and value realization
• Facilitate strategic discussions and support group leaders in developing value capture plans
• Conduct strategic and market analysis to support decision-making
• Prepare presentations and decision material for group management, owners, and investors

Your professional qualifications:

• Master’s degree in strategy, management, economics, finance, engineering or similar field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience from management consulting, private finance, or similar areas
• Solid experience in managing complex projects with senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative
• Advanced skills in Excel modelling
• Comfortable communicating complex ideas clearly, both orally and in writing
• Fluent in English; can be understood in a Scandinavian language or Finnish
