Why This Exiting Role
As Technical Supervisor, you'll be in the driver's seat of some of our most exciting logistics projects. You'll play a crucial role in making sure our shipping containers are certified, maintained, and ready to go — all while keeping safety and innovation front and center.
This is not a desk-only job. It's also hands-on. It's impactful. It's your chance to lead, learn, and grow in a high-tech, high-paced environment.

Your Main Missions

• Oversee internal flow and maintenance of shipping containers

• Set up and manage certification systems (CSC, IMDG)

• Drive HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards across operations

• Lead the purchasing process for new containers

• Collaborate across logistics, production, and sales on improvement projects

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor's degree or vocational training + relevant experience

• Knowledge of shipping or certification processes (bonus points!)

• Strong skills in English and Norwegian

• Comfort with MS Office, ERP systems would be a plus
