We are looking for an Entry-Level Business Administrator to join our growing team and help build and support our operations through strategic planning, organizational development, and a strong administrative presence.
You will be part of a company dedicated to providing services that empower individuals to live independent and fulfilling lives despite health-related challenges.
We offer User-Controlled Personal Assistance (BPA, in Norwegian) – a model for organizing practical assistance and training for individuals with long-term care needs. Our approach ensures that each person receives tailored, respectful support in managing their daily lives
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily business operations and ensure creativity and efficiency in administrative processes.
Plan and facilitate workflows to improve organizational efficiency, including f.ex. choosing tools.
Coordinate employers and clients and maintain stakeholder relationships.
Drive strategic planning, execution of business initiatives and marketing activities.
Contribute to process improvements and business development strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
Organise and facilitate meetings with clients and municipalities.
Take on the role of helping clients manage their BPA solution
With creativity improve our web-appearance and modernize our internal and external communication, including marketing activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment, and with people with health related challenges.
Strong organizational and planning skills with creativity within our field of business.
Experience in a similar role is not required, as talent for helping our clients is the most significant attribute.
Personal attributes:
Ability to understand people, build relationships, and foster collaboration and growth for individuals with special needs.
Genuine and deeper understanding of the needs of our clients, who a’re people often in deep personal crises.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities especially in english.
Empathy with our clients is key.
