The Offshore Operator will be responsible to perform and manage work according to Enhanced Drilling & client`s safety & operational demands, with focus to ensure the safety of yourself, your team and all other Enhanced Drilling employees.

The Offshore Operator shall ensure good communication within the crew, rig personnel and clients. To participate within the crew in such a way that the crew works optimal and safe to perform the tasks onshore- and offshore

The Offshore Operator will be required to work in Workshop onshore on Enhanced Drilling various locations in high activity periods.

 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Onshore

• Participate in pre operational planning and post job meetings onshore

• Assist in the mobilization/demobilization of the Enhanced Drilling equipment, incl. assisting with Workshop tasks as required (including completion of maintenance, mobilization and other checklists).

• Participate in project groups/ internal meetings etc

• Complete all necessary courses/training as required

Offshore

• Perform and manage work according to Enhanced Drilling & client`s safety & operational demands, procedures, check lists etc

• Follow up and assure best practice of Enhanced Drilling’s HSEQ Process and procedures

• Actively promote a first-class Safety and Quality culture in the company

• Technical meetings with client/ operator company offshore as required

• Participate on toolbox talk, Safe Job Analysis (SJA) and report HSEQ cases into Synergi

• Communication and cooperation with Enhanced Drilling onshore as required with project manager, personnel coordinator, workshop, engineers, operational support, HSEQ and others

• Responsible for familiarizing and review of all relevant procedures for the specific projects, and contribute to develop and continuously improve procedures

•  Participate in work as: installation, deployment, operation, recovery and demobilization, complete paper work as required, other tasks as required.

• It will be required to travel onshore and offshore, in Norway and globally.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

•  Electrical certificate of apprenticeship

• Good communication skills/ good ability to communicate information in both Norwegian and English

• Computer skills

• Mechanical skills

•   Experience and understanding of offshore operations and HSEQ requirements, subsea technology and offshore industry (ie experience from Drilling Industry)

Certificates preferred

·      Safety and Emergency training for Offshore

·      Health Certificate

·      EX Basic course

·      Automation knowledge

·      Offshore experience within electrical/automation Group L, or Group H or both
