Customer service summer work with motorhome rentals

About the job  

Are you looking to be a part of a growing international organization? We, Touring Cars Oslo, are a pioneer in motorhome vacations and are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team during the summer months!   

Your work will be creative, varied, and social, within a trendy holiday concept. Your duties include e.g., customer service, rental vehicle preparation, booking management, assistance over the phone, and accessory sales.   

Your background  

·       Communication: You are a driven and self-motivated person with excellent communication skills in English. 

·       Self-management: You are organized, systematic, and able to work against deadlines and within different processes. You also have ability to solve problems and think outside the box to achieve the best results.  

·       Team Collaboration: You have experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Touring Cars, founded in Finland in 1982, is one of the fastest-growing motorhome rental chains in Europe. We offer stress-free, relaxed, and experience-rich holidays with our flexible and customized services and high-quality fleet to both international and domestic customers.  

Touring Cars Oslo, is serving customers in Oslo area and is now opening a new rental station in Jessheim, close to easy connections to Gardermoen airport and train.
