Edward Vom Hofe Model 800 2

This is the desirable Edward vom Hofe bonefish reel model 800 - 2. The reel

does not have a serial number. It is in excellent overall condition with

working click (tail plate lever) and free spool (head plate lever). Diameter is 2

3/4" and spool width is 1 11/16". Great condition reel.

Model 800 was the Long Key specially made for Bonefish and available

in one size only - size two, with a width of 1 5/8 inch and a three to one

multiplying capacity. It was fitted with Adjustable Automatic Tension

Drag, sliding gear transmission and it also had a rim control free spool

lever.
