Thanks for reaching out. To process this properly, you will need to initiate a license transfer through the iLok License Manager in order to deposit your license into the new user's iLok account. Just locate the license you wish to sell, then right-click on it and select "Transfer License". From there, follow the prompts to complete the operation.

After completing the transfer, please respond to this email with the following information:

1. Your iLok User ID (the username you use to sign in to your iLok account).

2. The iLok User ID of the user who is purchasing your license.

3. Your Soundtoys account email address.

4. The buyer's Soundtoys account email address.

After that, we can update our internal records, and you'll both be all set!
