These machines are known to be very robust and will be making you high quality coffee for the next 15+ years!

I have only used the machine with the water tank and not had it connected directly to water (I have lost the hose for this but I think they can be bought online pretty cheap if you want). Everything works perfectly on the machine and I'm very happy with the grinder, it allows small adjustments to the grind to get a perfect espresso shot depending on the humidity of the day etc.
