The Gyro Crystal collection is a combination of the Crystal Chandelier and Gyro collections. Pushing the boundaries of design one step further, the range places the traditional crystal chandelier in an unexpected setting by incorporating it into the armillary-inspired, spherical framework of the original Gyro. The industrial styling of the aged metal spheres are softened with the interior accents of crystal, reflecting an avant-garde yet refined sensibility. Gyro Crystal Chandelier Medium

The Gyro Crystal Lighting Collection is inspired by nineteenth century experimental physicist Leon Foucault’s Gyroscope: a device used for measuring orientation. The gyroscope has been reinterpreted into a framework of aged metal spheres fixed around a crystal chandelier nucleus, boldly contrasting the masculine industrial look of the scientific instrument with the more feminine romantic look of the precision cut crystal. These sculptural forms have been redesigned into functional lighting fixtures including floor lamps, sconces, table lamps, and chandeliers, and are featured in two authentic finishes, a real rust finish, and a raw metal finish.
