Eksklusivt utseende er det på stolene og
stolene tar seg meget bra ut fra alle vinkler.

Stolen fremstår nærmest som en skulptur i seg selv og skinnet i antikk whiskey gir en unik effekt, se bilder.

Stolen er inspirert av World War II kampfly og har aerodynamiske kurver i aluminium med stål skruer, setet er av eksklusivt italiensk antikk whiskey skinn med mykheten til en vintage bomber jakke.

Aluminiumet har en matt finish og fremhever et vintage utseende. Hakk, små riper og andre merker er å forvente og dette legger til en ekstra unik karakter for hver stol da ingen er helt identiske.


I disse unike møblene brukes anilinleather. Det er mykt og smidig grunnet at ingen lakk er lagt på skinnet. Det er derfor merker som naturen selv legger igjen på skinnet blir synlige. Noe nyanse forskjeller i farge, struktur kan derfor forekomme. Det er nettopp dette som gjør disse varene så unike og eksklusive.

Tomcat chair

The Aviator Tomcat is a melding of two of the world’s greatest ever fighter planes. The seat is modelled on the twin-cockpit chairs of the American F-14 Tomcat, deployed by the U.S. Navy
for some of its most prolific missions in the 1970s. The chair’s aerodynamic curves are hugged in riveted aluminum, inspired by the World War II British Supermarine Spitfire, put through
a five-stage process to distress the metal and create the unique Spitfire finish.

Part of the aviation-inspired Aviator range, this chair draws its inspiration from a fighter jet, the Grumman F-14 Tomcat. The chair´s aerodynamic curves are hugged in riveted aluminium, while the seat and back are swathed in ribbed leather with the worn-down softness of a vintage bomber jacket. This chair was awarded the "Most Innovative Product Design" at the Luxuria 2010 Awards.

The Tomcat Chair, one of the star products of the Aviator range, draws its inspiration from the Grumman F-14 Tomcat, one of the most formidable fighter jets of all time. Operational from 1970 to 2006, the jet had a variable-sweep wing, which enabled it to fly at supersonic speeds and be a prominent adversary in dog fights. The chair's aerodynamic curves echo the design of the wing, and are hugged in riveted aluminium, while the seat and back are swathed in ribbed leather with the worn-down softness of a vintage bomber jacket. A low seat and raked back give it true flyboy swagger.

Produced using fine Italian leathers by our supplier(s) working to procedures established in conjunction with our Quality Assurance Department.

It is pure, uncorrected aniline leather, which means that during the 5 weeks tanning process, the patina of the hide is enhanced by the use of natural oils. No pigments are used, so that the inherent grain and markings shine through. Each and every defect is clearly visible, and scarring, mottling, wrinkling and, shading are distinctive features.

Because it is a natural material, aniline leather breathes better and wears longer than inferior, more processed leathers.

Uncorrected aniline leather is the most expensive leather in the world. Why? Because only the very best hides are used. Each hide, and so each piece of furniture is 100% unique and, because it is a natural product, will vary slightly in colour.

This Furnishings has painstakingly developed the perfect sit. The seat cushions have a foam filling, with an overlay of fibre. The density of the foam means that the cushions will mould to your contours, and the fibre wrap gives the softness that is so welcoming. This perfect mix also holds its´ own shape, so that the cushions are almost `self plumping´

How to clean=Vacuum or use dry cloth only. Do not use any cream or cleaning product on destroyed raw leather as this leather has no protection. Whatever is applied will leave a stain.
