We are hiring Wireline Supervisors

We are currently looking for Supervisors offshore.

We are looking for a person that can perform work in a professional, safe and diligent manner within the execution of well intervention operations in the North Sea and overseas. Crew leader is the supervisor for operators and apprentices on his/her shift. We need someone who can manage wireline operations in such a way that personnel and equipment recourses are utilized optimally. Health, safety and environment must always be paramount objective.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities:    

• Lead preparation and execution of wireline work according to approved procedures
• Ensure compliance of the operations to safety regulations, procedures and routines.
• Oversee preparation of equipment, control that all necessary equipment is in place at the right time.
• Report all activities according to reporting procedure
• Represent Altus in front of our client. Participate to all meetings with client offshore
• Ensure in continuity when crew change and secure experience transfer
• Influence and guide his/her co-workers in such a manner that contractor's regulations and procedures are followed at all time.
• Participate in redressing and maintaining tools and equipment in a professional manner according to instructions and procedures.
• Participate in professionally directed training as instructed by company and contractors.
• Participate in onshore activities such as upgrading of equipment, training, maintenance and equipment control
• Participate in relevant project work/ meetings/ courses and any homework related to this
• Participate in professionally directed training as instructed by company and contractor
• Participate in guidance and assist course instructors with training and promotion of personnel
• Decision-making Authority/ Liberty of Action
• Holds the authority to approve that the job execution is done according to regulations and well integrity
