National Product Manager

We are now expanding in the Cardiovascular therapy area and are looking for a new team member

Your task and responsibilities

• Responsible for the development and implementation of the National Brand Plan within the indication area
• Be the driver of the strategy and tactics through delivery of multichannel (IMCM) activities covering marketing tools and materials, awareness and educations according to local market situation needs
• Be an important part to national Cross functional Brand Teams meetings, work closely with medical, sales and market access
• Plan, Follow-up and Maximize return on promotional investments
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, identifying business opportunities.
• Be compliant in all activities and production of promotion material

Who you are

• Scientific and/or managerial studies or equivalent knowledge
• 3-5 years’ work experience from sales and product management/marketing
• Solid knowledge of local pharmaceutical market and preferably to have experience from cardiovascular/hematology area
• Excellent communication and presentations skills
• Innovative thinker, experience in digital tools/channels in marketing is good
• Strategic mindset, decision making ability and capacity to synthesize and integrate input
• Drive for results. Ability to work with predefined objectives/targets
• Positive attitude, be open minded and be able to inspire others
• Excellent Norwegian and good knowledge of English
